Our family has been taking Dr. Chirag Shah's treatment for last five years. We are highly impressed with his professional skills, state of the art technology quality of workmanship and best of all exemplary customer service.
For example during our recent trip to India (10 March, 2015) my wife's cap came off on our way to airport to catch international flight to Canada. On contacting Dr. Chirag he not only attended to her but ABCD (Above & beyond call of duty) in doing the treatment at one of his friend's clinic on our way to airport rather than asking us to come to his clinic. Also at odd hours of 15.30 (His clinic opens at 18.00 hrs).
I cannot imagine this level of competency and customer care anywhere else.

During my trip from India to the US in July 2013, one of my Caps(crown over the tooth) suddenly came off. I was in a dilemma and did not know what to do. I called Dr.Chirag Shah in India and he gave me a simple and and an inexpensive solution within a minute. That is, to buy a 'crown fixing dental kit' available in any pharmacy store without a prescription and fix it by myself, as the procedure was easy. This suggestion cost me just $ 3.00 and worked well until I returned to India! What an example of customer service, something that I could not have expected from any of my previous dentists whom I used to consult before I met Dr.Chirag.
Now, having taken his treatment for the past five years for various ailments like Root canal, Tooth implant etc, not only that I am satisfied with the quality of his work, but I wonder if will ever come across a person like him, who apart from his excellent professional skills & service is very friendly, always accessible, down to earth and has value for his patient's time. I also feel free to contact him at any time.
I wish I come across more of such professionals in other fields of medicine, too.
